ADHD Coaching from a clinician with ADHD
Combining clinical knowledge with lived experience to help you build a life that works with your brain, not against it.
I know what it's like to spend years trying to stay organized, keep up with work, and do all the "adult things" that seem to come so easily to everyone else. Only to end up overwhelmed, frustrated, and wondering why you can't seem to manage it all.
I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 30s, and it completely changed how I understood myself. It helped me recognize why certain things felt so difficult, rethink the tools and systems I was using, and most importantly, learn to give myself a little more grace.
Through coaching, I combine my clinical background and personal experience to help others navigate similar challenges. Together, we'll explore what works for your brain, build practical strategies, and create sustainable systems that make everyday life feel a little less overwhelming.
ADHD coaching is a nonclinical service centered on practical strategies, executive functioning, routines, organization, and accountability.
Because managing ADHD shouldn't mean constantly fighting against yourself.
What we can work on together
Getting Started
You know what needs to be done, but actually starting feels impossible.
All-or-Nothing Thinking
You miss one day of your routine, and suddenly the whole system feels ruined.
Time Blindness
Five minutes turns into two hours, and suddenly your whole day is gone.
Mental Overload
Your brain has 37 tabs open, and at least three are playing music.
The Never-Ending To-Do List
You have plenty of plans, but figuring out where to begin is another story.
Hobby Hopping
You get excited about new interests, dive in headfirst, and struggle when the excitement fades.
Your Brain Isn't the Problem. The System Might Be.
How many times have you tried a new planner, downloaded a productivity app, or promised yourself that this Monday would be different?
Traditional productivity advice doesn't always account for the way ADHD brains experience motivation, time, and executive functioning.
My coaching approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in curiosity rather than criticism.
We'll explore what's working, what's not, and why. We'll experiment with different strategies, adjust as needed, and create systems that support your goals without requiring perfection.
Some strategies will work beautifully. Others won't. That's not failure. That's information.
We're not chasing perfection. We're figuring out what works for you.
What to expect
1. Get Curious
We'll talk about your challenges, strengths, goals, and what you've already tried. There's no judgment if you've started and abandoned a dozen different systems.
2. Experiment Together
We'll identify practical strategies, create manageable goals, and experiment with approaches that fit your needs and lifestyle.
3. Adjust and Grow
We'll reflect on what's helping, troubleshoot challenges, and make adjustments along the way. Progress doesn't have to be linear to be meaningful.
